Here underway at All Seasons Roofing Contractors Ltd we have a complete new tile roof. Once the existing roof is completely stripped it will be fitted with all new breathable roofing membrane, all new roofing battens, and all new smooth grey tile, and all new matching ridges. New ridges will be fitted with a new dry ridge system. Along with that we are also fitting all new gable end timbers, all new UPVC fascia finished off with all new UPVC dry verge on the gable ends. Remember all our new roofs come with a 25 year guarantee and all UPVC work comes with a 10 year guarantee.
Here at All Seasons Roofing we have just completed a warm roof. With 2 separate layers of 18mm OSB boards separated with 150mm of Kingspan insulation. Then fitted with a new EPDM Rubbercover rubber roof. Please remember all our new rubber roofs come with a full 25 year watertight and maintenance free guarantee.
Here is a complete new tile roof we have recently fitted after removing a slate roof in a church in Queensferry, along with all new fascias, soffits and guttering. Remember, all of our new roofs come with a 25 year written guarantee.
Old lead valley removed and a new maintenance-free dry valley system supplied and fitted with felt and batten replacement on the main roof.
